Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Arusha for overnight.
Pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport after the arrival time of your flight and transfer to Moshi for D/O. Proceed with early evening pre-trekking briefing at your lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at Protea aishi hotel moshi 5 */Kaliwa lodge 5*. Meal plan Bed & Breakfast.
Day 2: Arusha to Machame hut
After morning breakfast transfer to Mt Kilimanjaro Machame Gate for registration while accompanied with professional and licensed Mountain Guide, cook and porters. After luggage weighting and clearance with formalities start trekking from Machame gate to Machame Hut. It covers between 1800-3000m. This takes between 6-7 hours trekking. Dinner and Overnight stay at Machame Hut.
Day 3: Mchame hut to Shira 1 hut
After morning breakfast leave Machame Hut at 8h00 to shira1 which takes between 4-5hours. Dinner and Overnight stay at Shira1 Hut.
Day 4: Shira 1 to Barranco
Having morning breakfast start leaving Shira1 to Barranco Hut while being accompanied by picnic lunch boxes. Leave to Lava camp for acclimatization then proceed to Barranco hut for dinner and overnight stay which takes between
6-7 hours.
Day 5: Barranco-Karanga
Leave Barranco Hut after breakfast to Karanga Hut, a distance that takes 3-4 hours. Dinner and overnight stay at Karanga hut.
Day 6: Karanga to Barafu
Leave Karanga hut after breakfast to Barafu Camp while accompanied with picnic lunch boxes. This distance takes 3-4 hours. After lunch take some time for resting while reserving energy for summit trekking. Dinner and overnight stay at Barafu hut.
Day 7: Barafu to Uhuru Peak
At midnight after taking a cup of Coffee and light preparations start leaving Barafu Camp to Summit the distance which takes between 6-7 hour. After some photos and signing at the highest peak of Africa you start descending to Barafu hut for hot lunch. After some rest you start descending to Mwika Hut for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Mwika hut to Mweka gate
After morning breakfast start leaving Mwika Hut at 8 am for descending to Mwika gate for clearance and after being awarded Certificate as sign of conquering the highest peak in Africa then Transfer to Moshi for accommodation at Protea Aishi hotel/ Kaliwa lodge 5* on bed and breakfast.
Day 9: Departure
After breakfast leave the hotel for light shopping then transfer to the Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure/ Start your safari program depending on your arrangements.
